Nike held an exclusive event on their campus for the editors of Runner’s World to showcase the importance of the brand over the past 40 years. Since it’s inception, Nike has always been a leader in the development of running.
I designed a series of plywood and glass display cases highlighting icons of Nike design over the past 40 years, from product design to Olympic records. I also created a 16′ wide 3-dimensional installation with pivotal Nike athlete’s from each of the four decades. The goal was to create a space using materials that reflected Nike’s humble beginnings to display their heritage timeline of achievements.
