Founded in 2011, Phoenix Rising Investments develops, leases, owns, and manages commercial properties throughout the greater Phoenix area. After more than a decade of growth, the goal was to create a brand identity that felt clean, contemporary, and distinctly connected to the landscape of Phoenix. The visual language takes its cues from the city’s ever-changing environment, with a color palette inspired by the expansive Arizona sky and a bold badge-style logomark featuring stylized mountain forms.
The branding brings a modern, confident perspective to commercial development while maintaining a visual connection to the natural beauty that surrounds the city. The result is an identity designed to feel established yet forward-looking—rooted in Phoenix and built for what’s next.
